Declan Mannion B.Comm, FCA: is a native of Clifden and has been in public practice since 2003. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Galway University and went on to qualify as a chartered accountant in Dublin in 1995. He worked initially for PricewaterhouseCoopers, the largest accountancy firm in the world before specialising in Investment banking, finance and fund management in the IFSC in Dublin for 7 years at senior management level with multi-national companies, Banco Santander and Pioneer Investments. He has worked extensively in the not for profit sectors in the Connemara area as a volunteer and is keenly aware of the challenges this sector faces. Declan’s specialist areas include the not for profit community sector, strategic planning, business development and tax planning.
Kiara Mannion BBS, FCA: hails from Athy, Co Kildare. She qualified with a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University before becoming a chartered accountant in 1996. Kiara worked as audit manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers until 1999 and then worked as financial controller in a subsidiary of Bank of Ireland in the IFSC in Dublin until 2003.
Kiara has a broad range of experience from both a practice and banking background. She is dedicated to providing clients with a professional, quality service in a practical manner.
Maria can advise on accounting record keeping, farm tax returns and payroll services. She has many years’ experience in working in administration and has a detailed understanding of the organisational requirements of business record keeping.
